Some pets will dive into their Undercover Pet Bed as soon as you bring it home, and others may be afraid of it at first and take a while to get used to it. If your pet seems afraid of the bed, try removing the blanket and framework and letting them explore and get comfortable with the cushion first. If necessary, turn the cushion over and leave it fabric side-up (which may be more familiar to them than fur.) After a few days, turn it over and let them now explore the faux fur side. When they grow comfortable with using the cushion, you can then try attaching the blanket and framework, and tossing their favorite squeeky-toy or treat inside!

The Blanket, Cushion Cover and Framework Slip-cover should be machine-washed in cold water on the gentle cycle and line-dried. The cushion insert may be removed from the cushion and machine washed and dried in warm water. Do not remove the permanent cover from the Framework! If Framework becomes soiled, wipe with damp cloth.

Please supervise puppies and other pets while introducing them to the Undercover Pet Bed to prevent them from chewing. Undercover Pets is not responsible for damage caused to the Undercover Pet Bed, or injury caused to your pet by using the bed in a manner inconsistent with it's intended use.

You must notify us within 7 days and return the bed within 15 days. If you must return your Undercover Pet Bed for any reason, please e-mail or phone us and we’ll issue you a confirmation number. We’ll reimburse you for the cost of the pet bed, but unfortunately cannot refund your shipping expenses.
